Returns

Our general policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange for physical goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Custom IT services such as website development, graphic design, or portal development, hosting, domain name etc

  • Sale items.

  • Any item returned more than 10 days after delivery.

Refund Process

If applicable, refunds for eligible items will only be processed once the returned item is inspected. You will receive an email notifying you of approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Contact your credit card provider; processing times may vary.

  • Contact your bank to ensure there are no delays on their end.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email us at info@ipageindia.com  and send the defective item to the company address:

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

For items valued above [Amount], consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
